Noviembre se convertirá en el mes más crucial para la humanidad. La COP26 cerrará los acuerdos que permitirán al hombre continuar viviendo en este planeta azul de la manera como estaba acostumbrado. Por lo pronto, el primer acuerdo entre los líderes del mundo ha sido tomado, en el 2030 se dará por concluida la deforestación mundial y el mundo podrá volver a respirar (esperemos que se cumpla).
La misma buena noticia ocurrirá en cuanto a la reducción de las emisiones de gas metano (se planea bajar a 30%), lo que posibilitaría darle una última esperanza al planeta y el calentamiento global detendría el deshielo polar y el incremento de los mares -esto es sumamente urgente según los expertos-.
Nuestros hijos merecen tener la misma oportunidad de vida que tuvimos nosotros, a pesar que muchos de los investigadores afirman que ya es demasiado tarde para la tierra.
Mientras tanto nuestra política sigue mostrándonos enfrentamientos interminables entre los partidos políticos y pocos deseos de unificar intereses en bien de nuestro país. En esta incertidumbre política el tipo de cambio vuelve a asustarnos con subidas y bajadas.
Pero en este contexto, todavía podemos resaltar esfuerzos casi heroicos como el realizado por Juan Yangali y sus niñotecas. Excepcionales lugares donde los pequeños, que no tienen recursos económicos, pueden aprender mucho sobre música, arte y excelentes lecturas que esperamos cambien su visión cuando se conviertan en hombres.
Al igual que esta buena noticia, la pandemia parece estar perdiendo la batalla en el Perú, pues se cierra el mes de octubre con la cifra más baja de muertes por COVID-19 (debajo de 1000), esto comparado con lo ocurrido en abril de este año (donde fallecieron más de 23 mil) nos permite respirar un poco más tranquilos, sin que descuidemos los protocolos establecidos para seguir cuidándonos.
